I've read many other hyped stuff but this book is all you need when you are starting out. this is my favorite fitness book ever. The other 2 videos that I mentioned that I like better also have a better feel to them in the Lake Tahoe setting as opposed to the indoor setting in this one, a minor quibble.
I found his routines easy to learn and follow, without strain, and smooth. This would be a book of interest for those who always find Jefferson fascinating, and those interested in American and scientific history.. Definitely a common theme runs through all the interiors highlighted in the book but styles range so much
