I'm in the best shape of my adult life, I love cross-training, and I am very, very grateful for this book. I've bought many books about industrial and product design over the years and this one by far is well worth the money. But, I thought the bought was too simple and too basic that you could get a better understanding in your medical surgical book.. I need an up to date components & sources that are clearly identified with more practical diagrams and sequential steps. Such tasks are unlikely to benefit from ems to begin with vs. Was looking for a collection of ideas and images of traditional Irish country "peasant" houses - as in thatched cottages - instead it was very heavy with upscale Anglo-Irish manor houses.. Just sweet, smart little souls full of love and light and clean energy. The winter month are always brining me in such a depressing mood and I needed a solution for this. I now recommend it to all my patients!
