With the exception of a previously unpublished essay, this is just a collection of book reviews Lewis wrote that were printed in a variety of places over the years. Anyone who reads this book two or three times over would probably know as much, or more, as someone graduating with a Psych BA from a leading university. Which is fine, but the tiny "Focus on the fundamentals" note under the title should really be, well, more a part of the title.
That said, this book takes you through the basics of using the organizer (again, necessary only for beginners) to the benefits of tagging, sorting and searching, which is helpful even for those of us used to using photo storing and editing software. I don't think you would regret buying this book.
