This book is so extremely valuable. You have to spend some time with this book. While those at the top continue to do well, the rest are falling further behind, led by mortgages they cannot afford, retirement savings they don't make, and college tuition that is growing faster that inflation. 4 stars!. I have not finished it yet but so far I am satisfied with the information. As I saw elsewhere, think The Silmarillion, not Lord of the Rings. Every structural engineer should have this book. I found the help I was looking for in this book.. The art is still in my memory.. If you are in that category, this book is great; the explanations and examples are many and very efficiently set out and I recommend it. This book didn't do a great job with that. I liked the characters, especially the attitude of Erin in the beginning. The first part of the book deals with financial booms and bubbles and how they emerge, develop, and collapse. This is a good starting point for anyone looking to convert
